Guidelines for Submitting Your Artwork

Over the years we have embroidered approximately 100 custom symbols on our stoles.  In order for your logo or symbol to be embroidered on a stole, please consider the following requirements.

1. The simpler the design, the better.   Keep in mind that the completed embroidery will be no more than 3 1/2 inches in diameter, so translating minute detail into embroidery is not possible.
2. Not all art translates into embroidery.   Because of the nature of thread and the size of the finished embroidery, incorporating wording within the symbol is not recommended. We can easily incorporate words below or above your artwork instead.   
3. Send us your design in the form of a clear JPEG, TIFF, or PSD file so that we can determine whether we can digitize and embroider it for you.  Do NOT send copyrighted material unless you hold the rights to use it.  Send your designs to:  Support@onenessinterfaith.com
4. We charge $30 per symbol for digitization (to convert your art into a stitch chart). We'll tell you right away after receiving your artwork if your symbol(s) is(are) embroiderable.  If you decide to go ahead with it, there is a one-time charge of $30 per symbol to prepare your artwork for embroidery and you may use it as many times as you'd like in the future with no additional digitizing charges, unless the artwork is resized significantly for embroidery on a lectern cloth, for instance.
